Kooan is about to attack and kill Sailor Moon, until a red rose flies past her, injuring her arm. The camera then pans from her legs up, as she turns to see Tuxedo Kamen picking up Chibi-usa.
This cel is a great cel of Kooan. The background that came with it is very lovely and was used in many of the sequences in this episode. It also came with a matching sketch which is very detailed.
