Chibi-Ami cels seem to be hard to find. This flashback is pretty sad. I can relate a lot to how she felt in this scene.
Chasing after a speedy Sailor Uranus, Ami remembers being a little girl in school. A basketball rolls to her feet, and she picks it up. 2 girls run up to Ami to get the ball and ask if she wants to play, but then another girl comes along. She says not to ask Ami because Ami has cram school every day. They all leave her all alone.
